Our Colleagues hold professional qualifications from RICS, CIAT, RIBA, CABE, APS, CIOB, IStructE FPWS and more.

Our commitment to training excellence is outstanding, whilst all staff are given fantastic training opportunities we reward our colleagues that work the hardest for the team with some amazing opportunities. These have included under graduate study, degrees and post graduate qualifications alongside training to obtain professional body qualifications such as RICS, RIBA, CIAT and IStructE. Many of our past colleagues have gone on to leadership roles within the team and other businesses.

Our Dress code at WBC Group is very relaxed, along with branded safety equipment the team get the opportunity to receive quality free branded clothes throughout the year which many utilise in the work place and outside.
