We believe that often the architectural process and the way it is described to clients gets overcomplicated, so at Western we like to keep things simple. The 1,2,3 approach essentially involves the feasibility (stage 1) up to planning permission, the technical (stage 2) up to construction and the build (stage 3). Our services will always fall into one of these key stages and this will be mapped out in your free consultation and quotation. Allowing you to appropriately budget as we only invoice you once work has been carried out in the various stages. By designing our quotations in a simple menu style system, you only pay for what you use and none of what you don’t. It also removes any ambiguity of a lump sum contract or the complications of a percentage of project cost-based quotation.
